On October 24, 2017, police officers with the National Security Brigade of Heze Public Security Bureau Mudan Branch arrested Liu Junhua and other three Christians (Wu Baozhen, Yao Shuzhi, Shao Fujian) from The Church of Almighty God because of their engagement in the scriptwriting work of the Church.
